Easy transaction, quick delivery, helpful customer servicesI ordered the boots as requested by my son for Christmas, they arrived the next working day; then I contacted the customer services dept to ask about returns or exchanges, should they not fit, after Christmas since it would be more than 10 days after delivery. They responded almost immediately saying that their Christmas exchanges policy is extended to mid January, so that is brilliant.Overall, very pleased.

23 October 2012 <br/> Excellent Quality, Service & Price I ordered 6 mugs after designing them on the computer & they arrived 5 days later as they promised & looked fab, just like they looked on the computer screen. Will definately be ordering again & also one of the only companies that allow two different piccies or designs for the front & back. Excellent service.

Fantastic service - next day delivery on a Sat and cheap pricesI ordered a pair of boots after 2pm on a Friday - they were not only much cheaper than the RRP, but they were delivered to me on Saturday morning. Really impressive service. Would definitely recommend.
