Difficult to add to orderWe placed an order for shoes and a glove but forgot to add the shorts we needed. So we completed the on line form as instructed(and we couldn't ring as it was a Sunday night)Only to find the order dispatched minus the shorts and if we wanted the shorts we would have to pay a delivery charge. Not the customer service I wanted or expected.Although the prompt postage of the other items was appreciated for the start of the season

Simply the best delivery I have experienced!I ordered my wellies at 4pm, and I had an email within the hour saying that they had been despatched and that they would be arriving the next day. This in itself is brilliant, but I then received a text to say the hour that they would be arriving with the option to change my delivery day. Why can't other online companies follow your lead. Thanks Easy Wellies!
