Poor qualityI ordered men chuck fitflop in Brown colour. The shoes that I received are not same quality.the right side is older than another one. Bleach colour in right side. Not new shoes.

Amazing service!Great service. Bought a shoe that had been featured in a Sunday paper with an amazing review. John Lewis had no available stock, ordered from Shoetique and received my shoes the next day! Amazing! Will most definitely be ordering again.

An apology goes a long way I ordered for the first time from Shoetique and received the wrong order. I found they boasted about their great service in getting things to you, but not about the great inconvenience when they get it wrong and how to put it right. For example: Next day delivery, but if we've sent you the wrong order, (their mistake, not mine) we will e-mail you a return form that you need to print out yourself, going back 2nd class, you will need to queue up at the post office and and until we receive it back, we wont be sending out your correct order eventhough we have debited your account already and whilst all this is being reeled off, not once was there an apology and I feel that would gone a long way towards the inconvenience caused. 1 week on, I still have not received my goods and the only correspondence received was the option to voice my opinion on here! So all in all, I have not been given any reason to give a good review of Shoetique.
