10 April 2012 Website "search results" has an issue that they acknowledge but refuse to accept responsibilty for incorrect order. I've ordered from Handles4Doors a number of times, generally repeat orders and have been happy with the service. Since a website update my account had been deleted along with my previous orders and so I had to create a repeat order from scratch. It appears there is an issue with the website whereby when you perform a search using a product code and the results are for more than one product (even though you entered an exact product code) if you directly enter the quantity and press "Buy" the item placed into the basket is NOT necessarily the one that you have just selected to buy. If there are multiple finishes it defaults to whatever is the first in the list. Having placed an order with multiple items on I did not spot this and having received an order with incorrect items I called Customer Services to explain. Quality sports kit at value for money pricesI purchased three items of new Canterbury England Rugby Kit. In addition to getting 30% off the rrp, I also got two free gifts (2 rugby halls). The Canterbury kit is normally out of my price range but the reduction made the beanie hat, shirt & track suit bottoms more affordable. The items are high quality & look great.

Can't beat Barrington Sports for hockey gear - in the new store or on-line.I had bought some Skins products and hockey balls the previous week but I didn't like the colour of the TK stick bags in the shop. I ordered this on-line and it arrived earlier than expected. I need to order something else now as the kids were arguing overt the free hockey ball key ring!
