I have just recieved the three mugs I ordered on line and they are fab. Great quality and extremely well packaged so that they got to me in one piece! Good price and good product, but delivery.......I placed my order and paid straight away using PayPal. Got an order acknowledgement saying "due to Sale Launch your order may take 2 - 3 days to be delivered" I also got several emails chasing me to provide account details.Then nothing. After six days, I sent an email asking when my shoes would be despatched, as no activity showing on the account that I had been encouraged to open. No reply.Fearing I would not receive them in time for my holiday, I phoned and was told that there was a delay due to the success of the sale.
