I'm not happyI decided as soon as I had done my order that I needed to change the size to a small (listed as available) and sent an email immediately. I sent another the following day. I did not hear from Sportsmart until 2 days later, the day the order was despatched. That email stated that I could send the shoes back to be exchanged. I live in Australia, sending them back will require substantial postage when all I wanted was to change the size. I do not understand why this could not have happened.

Service makes the difference!I had been looking for my shoes for quite a while, I knew what I wanted and was price watching, hoping to get them at the best price. Although a few companies had them at similar prices, it was the free delivery that clinched it and made the offer unbeatable. I was really impressed with the delivery time and the email updates.
