06 July 2012 Outstanding service I put in an order online, and they called me to say they could do the order more cheaply if we did it in a slightly different way. They changed the order with no fuss and it arrived the next day.

Super-speedy service!Very impressive and hassle-free. The boots were ordered on Friday morning and delivered by Saturday lunchtime. I was also kept informed by Royal Mail of likely delivery time, so that I could make sure I was in. I've also been really happy with the boots!
