The website is easy to use and a great way to design a tshirt. I ordered my newly designed tshirt and used the express delivery. The tshirt was on time and great. 07 March 2012 Below average The product was defective in manufacture in that two of the bolts were supposed to be spot welded into the frame, but were not, so the nut (which was domed) could not be tightened. I e-mailed you for your comments but received no reply. I feel that I have paid top price for the best product but have received a poorly manufacture product (which is not your fault) and poor service (which is).
