They did what they said they would!!!I ordered at 11am ish and boots arrived around 2 pm next day in perfect condition....and they fitted perfectly so I didn't have to use the free return service. Complete peace of mind in the purchase process. That's all you can ask for, I would definitely buy from this company again.
