Wonderful boots and amazing service!I am so so happy with my purchase! the Rieker boots I bought are absolutely amazing, very comfy and sturdy. I did whole 8 hour shifts at work, on my feet, wearing them non-stop and they were perfect. No pain, no discomfort, and they kept my feet nice and warm all day. Very elegant too, they looked much better than on the picture! And delivery was superfast, I am impressed!! I never bought from this website before, but I would definitely recommend it! :)

Major problem w/duty chargesI have been ordering from Supadance for about 3 years. My last order was received in my hometown yesterday (3/28/12) For some reason, this time there is a $40.35 duty fee on the package. I have never had to pay extra money when I picked up my packages from Supadance. I NEED THESE SHOES NEXT WEEK! But I will not pay the extra charge. I e-mailed Supadance, but have not received a reply. If this charge stands, I will refuse the package and buy shoes elsewhere. I am hoping I do not have trouble getting full credit on my credit card if this is the way it plays out. I'm frustrated and disappointed. I need to know what the deal is and an answer today. Thank you

28 July 2012 Great Service I submitted an order online and paid in full. The following day i received an email from Angela at handles 4 doors querying my order and explaining that some of the latches i had ordered were of the wrong size for the locks, and would i like to amend the order or proceed. They also gave me an explanation were i had gone wrong and offered advice on what i needed. I think this was fantastic customer service as they could have just sent what i had ordered. I followed there advice and received the package within two days. Thank you Angela for all your help. I would have no hesitation in recommending Handles 4 doors.
