** UPDATED TO 5 STARS ** Fantastic initial service, less good for returns**[Update: I have updated my rating to 5 Star following the level and quality of service that I received after my initial feedback was reviewed. This kind of responsive and personal sevice reflects the other reviews and means that I will recommend them to others and visit again. Thank you].** I had a query about my trainers before I bought them and the lady I spoke to was so helpful and I felt really pleased. When they arrived and were too small I phones back and again spoke to a very helpful lady who helped me to send them bck and again advised me. Unfortunately after that, I didn't receive my dispatch e-mail, no confirmation receipt and they dodn't arrive. I had to keep chasing and calling but they appeared to have been lost. A shame after such excellent initial service. On receipt I was still unsure as to whether to go up half a size but couldn't afford to return them as I need them for pre-season training.

---Great product, fast postage... lack of communicationJust picked up a new pair of trainers from the site. Original purchase went through perfectly. The delivery time however stated 3-4 days (I purchased on a Sunday night), come Friday morning I hadn't received my package. I went to the website to view my tracking details, to find out that my order had been CANCELLED? I Immediately called customer care and they said that because my CC address and my mailing address didn't match up it was picked up by security. I then had to RE-do the whole order again, this time the person viewing the order would allow it through. I don't care that this problem occured, what I DO care about is the lack of competency for someone contact me and mention it HAD occured. After all, I assume they don't take all those details for nothing?p.s. Funny, it took them only 2 days to get this feed back form to me??
