23 December 2011 <br/>Excellent customer service The t-shirt I ordered never arrived (presumably due to the snow). I contacted the company a few days before xmas to inform them and another one was sent straight out to me by recorded delivery, it arrived the next day. How refreshing to deal with a company who are so polite and willing to help in what must be such a busy time of year.

---Friendly efficient firm.Shoes arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately they weren't the right fitting so had to return them. This was done quickly and easily and the refund was immediately dealt with. The communication was first class too.
