12 April 2012 Good service, and hopefully good products! I ordered by phone, a very helpful lady had emailed me and helped me with my order. Delivery was on the planned date. I have not yet used the items (3 veg drawers) as my new kitchen is not yet complete. Nice catalogue given to me when I went to the shop near Farnham, even tho they did not have the drawers for me to look at! I will recommend you. thank you.

Swapping product was no problemI ordered a size 11 welly for my husband for Christmas, in early November. When he tried them on they were too tight across the foot so I went back to the website to see if I could change them in spite of the extended time period. Fortunately they had appreciated that this would happen and had allowed for it, so I swapped very easily. Also the ability to change delivery time via text and a delivery window of one hour were very helpful.
