NICE PRODUCT HAD TO SEND IT BACK!I have sent back the wellies I bought from you as they left a huge blister on my left heel after walking less than 300 yards, I'm still waiting for a reply or replacement pair as I write this. The service was fast and efficient for delivery first time round.

Customer service from management very goodAfter an unsatisfactory response to an incorrect description on the website leading to my purchase, I was called within minutes of feeding back and this was late in the evening. The Director pursued his desire to talk to me and rectified any issues with an element of goodwill.I have always been impressed with Barringtons and hope that I never need to speak to the Director again under these circumstances. Excellent service, wellies arrived with 24 hoursBought the wellies for my husband, they are a great fit and he is really happy with them. Service was excellent, order promptly confirmed by email followed a couple of hours later with despatch details. The wellies were delivered within 24 hours of placing the order.
