13 April 2012 Great company Searched for a long time online for handles for our new house. We were delighted when we came across handles4doors there prices beat any we had previously looked at. Quick delivery and hassle free returnsRecently bought a new pair of hockey astros. Turned out to be too big and so used the collect plus return service. The refund was applied to my credit card within a week of dropping off the returned item at a local newsagent, and in the meantime had managed to order a replacement pair which were delivered the next day!

Very poor, delivery has not been achieved despite the stated delivery being 3 days ago. IVery poor. No automated email updated on delivery. Despite stated hours of Sat service no answer during the 4 hours of me phoning - all operators were apparently busy all day !So far failed to deliver, failed to update, and failed to be available during stated working hours - if I could give less than a one star service I would. Lets hope my goods for which payment has already left my bank account are actually delivered. At this stage the worst online purchase system I have every used lets hope things will improve or this will be the last time I and my friends use this website - back to Lovell for me.
