Right package, wrong productA poor experience as i received the wrong product so now have to go through the hassle of sending incorrect product back and waiting for correct product to be re-sent. There were clear instructions of what to do in this situation so i give Barringtons credit for that.

Welly welly good!Although I had problems making a purchase through this site (not this company's fault, the payment system Sage operate was faulty), I am extremely impressed with the level of service I received to rectify this issue. The first member of staff I spoke to was very helpful, doing her very best to enable me to purchase the goods I required. Unfortunately this lady was unable to resolve the issue, but promised a call back. I received a call back from a gentleman (I presume the line manager of the first member of staff I spoke to) within minutes. He was able to identify the issue, and offer numerous solutions. Again, doing all he could to help.Aside from that, this was the only site I was able to get exactly what I wanted, and to top it off, the price was very reasonable.I would have no reservations about recommending this company, it's staff, or it's products to anybody.

You can't beat perfect service!I recently purchased some fabulous sandals from Shoetique which were delivered on time . I have placed several orders since finding Shoetique and received first class service with them all. I will certainly recommend Shoetique to all my friends.
