09 August 2012 Easy as A B C I found the site by chance, I was looking to buy a good quality post box at a reasonable price. you had what I wanted, the site was very easy to navigate and the goods arrived well packed and not damaged, often things delivered by a carrier are, in two days. Excellent service I cannot speak highly enough of the prompt service I received from Shoetique. I received my shoes the next day postage free and there was also free returns if I needed to do so, It was better than fighting my way through the High street crowds.

07 March 2012 Below average The product was defective in manufacture in that two of the bolts were supposed to be spot welded into the frame, but were not, so the nut (which was domed) could not be tightened. I e-mailed you for your comments but received no reply. I feel that I have paid top price for the best product but have received a poorly manufacture product (which is not your fault) and poor service (which is).
