23 February 2012 <br/>Quality Product, Quality Service When so many companies still have poorly written, uninspiring websites it was nice to find a company with a website that works well and makes the whole process easy. I found and designed exactly what I was after with no problems at all, the delivery time was even quicker than expected, and the baby-grows themselves are great quality and look fantastic. Top marks. ---Not the best firm to deal withOrdered hand warmer and fuel sticks. Fuel sticks received not the ones we ordered. Paid ¡ê3.99 delivery charge. Rang them informing them of error, they promised to send a prepaid returns envelope so we could return the sticks and get a refund on them. No prepaid envelope has arrived yet - we are sick of waiting!

Called, discussed options, ordered and delivered within 24 hours - fantasticHad researched options, so already had a good idea on what I wanted, having discussed, placed the order and was amazed to receive the product within 24 hours. Its a birthday pressie (how romantic to buy wellies for the missus) so waiting till this weekend to find out how well received and whether they are the welly of choice!
