---OK but could have been betterOrdered 3 items - two are great and met my expectations. One did not. The Merrell walking shoes I ordered do not look like the photograph on the website - in fact considerably different in both colouring and style. I am very disappointed and even more so that I need to pay for the return postage. You are the only company that we have used online that this is the case and we use lots! Further we could not find this mentioned in the delivery arrangements online, only with the documentation received with the package. If we had realised in advance, we may have thought twice about using your company.On a positive, this is our second order and the previous order was well received with no complaints. The only issue is how much you fit in a parcel so things are very creased when they arrive.I hope you can consider this complaint as justifying that a refund should be given for return postage in this instance - if not, you may have lost a future customer.I will ho

The easy and fast lane to buy shoes.My friend told me to check out this site and asked me if I want to join him in a purchase.It's very impressive especially on the price issue. I also found the shipping is faster than I expected.Like it.However, if Shoetieque can provide more models of shoes it will be very appreciated.My friends like Fitflop a lot but some of them cannot find their preferred models or sizes.

13 April 2012 Fantastic, great service, great product! The website was easy to use, good pictures of the items you wanted so you could see what you were buying. Service was brilliant, delivery very quick, and when they said it would be, and the handles look great on the doors in my kitchen. You know the saying 'change the door handles to make the kitchen look different', well, it's true, everyone's remarked on how lovely they are. I'd recommend this site (and already have done) to everyone I know. Thanks so much.
