24 January 2012 Excellent, efficient service and delivery The company are reliable and attentive. Their website is easy to navigate and informative. Their response to orders is prompt and accurate. For a large order they were short of stock on one item; they telephoned me to explain and ask for my instructions; they sent the order (which arrived next day) with an estimate of the missing items in two weeks - in fact they arrived in two days, which they had sourced from another supplier. Excellent service and keen prices.
