13 June 2012 Excellent produce and customer service. The Hafele white ceramic cupboard knobs were exactly as described and ideal to transform two recently purchased chests of drawers. I had unsuccessfully tried to buy white knobs locally and the quantity (19) was not available in alternate designs - thank goodness for you website.
