Quick and professional communication great. My first pair of wellies didn't fit properly. I was able to go on line and swap them without any problem. The delivery man had to collect them from my parents he was professional and quick. A great service.

Fit flop Goghs are all the rave. Use shoetique and pounds you will save !! I bought Fit flop Gogh clogs from Shoetique far cheaper than any other site. If they have not got the colour and size you require they will e.mail you when they are in. Very good service.

---Need free returnsOrdered an (expensive) coat which arrived quickly but unfortunately didn't fit. Had only ordered it because the website said they'd provide 'instructions for returns with product'. Yes they did, but only a return address, so I had to pay ¡ê10 to return it. Serves me right for not supporting the high street I guess, but a lesson learned...
