Quick and professional communication great.My first pair of wellies didn't fit properly. I was able to go on line and swap them without any problem. The delivery man had to collect them from my parents he was professional and quick. A great service.

06 August 2012 Prompt delivery, great after sales Received the hinges very quickly though they didn't come with any instructions. After a couple of emails to customer services had a chat with one of their team who took their time in walking me through how to fit and configure the hinges. Overall, very helpful indeed. I'd use again.
