Easy transaction, quick delivery, helpful customer servicesI ordered the boots as requested by my son for Christmas, they arrived the next working day; then I contacted the customer services dept to ask about returns or exchanges, should they not fit, after Christmas since it would be more than 10 days after delivery. They responded almost immediately saying that their Christmas exchanges policy is extended to mid January, so that is brilliant.Overall, very pleased.

We have HAPPY FEET! We were looking for a particular model of Fitflops and delighted when we found them on Shoetique's website.....and at a much lower cost than several other shops on line.
