14 October 2011 Perfect We were looking for good quality leather bow handles to attach to the inside of walk-in wardrobe doors. The customer service team were very helpful & friendly when I called to confirm the size of the fixing points on the leather handle (I needed to make sure that they would fit between the existing screws that were holding the metal handles in place on the outside of the wardrobe doors). The leather bow handles arrived very quickly, in perfect condition and fitted perfectly.

Generally happy with the level of serviceI was happy with the fact that I was called and told that the bat had a small defect. I did request whether a picture could be sent to me but that sounded like a bit of a challenge for your team. When I received my purchase I was happy with all the contents although it did arrive 2 days late due to some "sorting" issue.
