---Received used goodsI surfed the websites and found this site to have the cheapest trainers. I ordered a new pair only to receive a used pair with mud on the bottom that someone already ran in!I sent them back, but was advised nothing else in stock and I will get a refund. I had to pay for sending the item back so lost out more money for nothing.I never received any compensation in form of free next day delivery or 20% off next purchase etc. So too scared to use this site again.

Friendly and helpful customer service and fast deliveryVery helpful lady in customer services recommended a pair of the chirruca horse neoprene wellies in a 6.5. She offered to try them on for me as she had the same size feet but I thought they would be ok, unfortunately they are far too big. So if buying i would say go for half size down. I will be returning the wellies but also will be a returning customer.
Excellent serviceMy only issue is with the online ordering. My fault but I keyed in the wrong password and it took days to be re-set online. I ended up waiting until the Monday morning and ordering by phone. By phone the service was super. It's the best I've used equal to Boden. Emma Sinclair

15 March 2012 Excellent service and easy navigation online Not only have I received excellent service, I was thoroughly impressed with the range option, ease of navigation and value for money. I was glad to give them my business as they were the only place where I managed to find easily the options of matching pull and standard handles. I also like the fact I could use paypal too, it gives a consumer peace of mind. Im delighted with the products I received, simply can't speak highly enough of them!
