13 August 2012 Super quality and outstanding customer support I ordered three cabinet door knobs : super quality but one of the three had a faulty thread that made it unusable. I wrote to customer support : a replacement was shipped the next day via fedex at no extra cost ! I wish all companies worked this way ! Highly recommended.
