Not happy Never had a pair of Fitflops so though I would go to shop and try a pair on. Shop did not have any size 10's. Tried 9 & 11 neither fitted so assumed 10 would be okay. Ordered a pair of size 10 over the phone from the warehouse. Told the next day it was a stock error and the ones I was after were not in stock! Not sure if this is a successful way to run a business but I am not a happy customer

Fantastic service - next day delivery on a Sat and cheap prices I ordered a pair of boots after 2pm on a Friday - they were not only much cheaper than the RRP, but they were delivered to me on Saturday morning. Really impressive service. Would definitely recommend.

Would definately recommend.My order was dealt with efficiently, fast and without any problems. Order arrived within 2 days despite being near Christmas. I wish every company was this proficient!

Great customer service The customer service assistant was very helpful and the order processed smoothly and was received the next day in perfect condition. Only problem was that I couldn't complete my order on line because it kept telling me that some security process was required, but it wasn't putting me through to the relevant card security site. I tried it several times and in the end had to phone up and place the order over the phone. I got through straight away and the assistant was able to process the order easily and quickly. Not sure what the problem was on the website though.

19 June 2012 Excellent service, great product. Excellent service - I was telephoned by a customer advisor (sorry, forgot your name - male) the day after I placed my order - because I'd not ordered the proper bolt for bathroom lock - if I need handles again - I'll definitely use your company and would happily recommend you to other potential customers. Oh, love the handles too.
