Great Clogs but too small for me. Clogs arrived very quickly and were well made and looked super. Problem was the size. They were supposedly a mens 12, but were more like an 11 as my heels were right on the back edge. Asked for a bigger size but they do not do it bigger. Had to get my money back. Gutted, as needed them for holiday!!!

Excellant service A friend put me in touch with Shoetique as she has found their prices to be competitive and she wasn't wrong. They have a vast selection and good stock levels. The best thing about them though is the service which is second to none. I ordered a pair of Fitflops new design but discounted price excellent. They arrive in the post the next day in perfect condition - great. I wore them over the weekend in the house only as I was trying to get used to them, unfortunately on of the straps split on the sandals, on checking their policy on returns they ask that you email them if goods appear faulty which I did and received a reply almost the same day - It was Sunday when I emailed!! They agreed with me that the shoes must be faulty and sent a free returns label to return them. Which I did and I received a replacement pair 3 days later, so all in all everything was sorted out within a week. I am now the proud owner of a perfect pair of sandals, they couldn't have done more.
