Item not received after 1 week of ordering - not goodJules B are a great shop but something went wrong here as the item failed to turn up after a week of ordering, this is out of character but felt i should make the comment

12 March 2011 <br/>Beyond good service I've ordered from this company twice now and have been pleased with the quality of their product and the price, which was the cheapest I could find. Their service is what's prompting me to give them five stars though. I wrote down my work address for delivery but used my home's postcode, immediately confusing the postal service. TShirt Studio sorted it all out for me and had the thing redelivered in less than a week.

Easy to order and fast deliveryAlthough due to health reasons I am no longer able to dance, I still prefer to purchase my shoes from Supadance as they are so comfortable (despite my spinal problem) and easy to order. Also, although we now live in Jersey, if I order shoes on a Sunday, they usually arrive by Wednesday - ordinary post from the UK sometimes takes longer than that! Overall an excellent and efficient service.
