Shoetique - great service!I telephoned Shoetique on their freephone number (bonus) and the girl who dealt with my order was friendly, polite and helpful. The two pairs of Fit Flops I ordered arrived the very next day with free postage & packing (another bonus). I sent one pair back with the free postage (yes, again bonus) envelope label. I am now awaiting a refund on my credit card for the returned pair and am not anticipating any problems with this. Thank you, Shoetique.

GOOD SERVICEI ordered a pair of trousers from this site and I must say the service I received was excellent, as I was kept informed of the status of my order, right up to the delivery of the item. I was receiving regular emails telling when my order was out for delivThe only criticism I would have is that in the item description it stated that there would be a detachable belt included however, my trousered arrived with it missing. However, I'm not too fussed about that. I would definitely use this company again.

Great company.Ordered some Fitflop Chukkers from this company. Payment was easy through PayPal and delivery was very fast.The unfortunate thing was that the shoes are very slim fitting and as I have broad feet I could not wear them.Returned the shoes to Shoetique, using their return form and return label; printed from their website, and received a refund within a matter of days.Despite the problem I had with the shoes I would not hesitate to recommend this company for the choice of shoes and for their professional service.
