Excellent service from ordering to receipt of goods Goods were easy to locate and order and arrived very quickly by free delivery as promised. I was most impressed with the service as I had arranged for the delivery to go to an alternative address in order for the parcel to be signed for during office hours and I was sent a text as soon as the goods arrived confirming the delivery had been completed successfully. Excellent service all round.

Excellent, speedy service - did what it said on the tin!Boots arrived the next day as promised, at no extra cost. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, so will have to return them. Hopefully this will be as esy as buting them in the first place. I will use shoetique again.

I used a 2 screen shots from a web image and a combined them on the mug. I was really pleased with the quality of the mug and the speed in which it was delivered. Product good, Ordering easy - help line helpful - delivery prompt but not always to the right address! Read on.I ordered a size 4 as the next size down was a 35- 36. The parcel tracking was really useful when I was told it had been delivered, Unfortunately not to me, the driver must have had a senior moment and took it to our neighbouring road. When i finally tracked them down I found they were a little too big so organised the swap option. Arrived in my office as requested the following day- still felt they were big to discover they were the same size as I returned! Rang easie wellies who organised another swap (free of charge)to my office. The driver didn't have an address label for the returning box and I had a phone call the next day from e. wellies to say that a jumper had been returned instead of boots! Moral of the story - Easy Wellies - try to be honest with the sizing and say if they are generous or not . You offer a great service and good product, only let down by the driver
