QUITE DISAPPOINTEDYES I AM HAPPY WITH MY RECENT PURCHASE WHICH WAS RECEIVED A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO, UNFORTUNATELY THE ITEMS I PURCHASED HAVE BEEN REDUCED BY 15% TODAY. BEING A REGULAR CUSTOMER IT HAS HURT ME A LITTLE WHEN I COULD HAVE SAVED MYSELF APPROX ¡ê40 IF I HAD WAITED

Customer service from management very goodAfter an unsatisfactory response to an incorrect description on the website leading to my purchase, I was called within minutes of feeding back and this was late in the evening. The Director pursued his desire to talk to me and rectified any issues with an element of goodwill.I have always been impressed with Barringtons and hope that I never need to speak to the Director again under these circumstances. Reliable Source I wanted the Due Fit Flops after reading all about them. Tried them on in a shop for size as they didn't have my colour. Found them on Shoetique, same price and no postage, what more could you ask. I received them very quickly and they are just the job. I will certainly buy from here again.
