Online - but really helpful staff create a personal atmosphere....despite all my mistakes (wrong size ordered; had lost the receipt and was out of time to return), the unworn wrong size shoes were accepted for a return and credit given toward another pair.... how lovely to find a company that operates in such a trusting and trustworthy fashion

Online good - in store badI have ordered online a few times and found it very easy. All the information I needed was available.The in store experience was awful. I went a few weeks after the move to the new site and found the staff disinterested.

Fit flop Goghs are all the rave. Use shoetique and pounds you will save !! I bought Fit flop Gogh clogs from Shoetique far cheaper than any other site. If they have not got the colour and size you require they will e.mail you when they are in. Very good service.
