Slow deliveryReceived an email from company informing me the item was despatched first class recorded on the 19th July, but it didn't arrive until the 23rd, which wouldn't be the case if it had actually been dispatched on the 19th, it should have arrived on the 21st. Not sure whether this was a fault on Royal Mail's part though. Item was as described though, was just a shame I didn't have it in time, and now is not going to be used.

Couldn't get shoes delivered I ordered a pair of FitFlops that I really wanted, had the order go through, my credit card charged, to then get an email the next day that the order has been cancelled with no explanation. I had to then contact Shoetique to inquire why, which was that they are not allowed to ship FitFlops to America. This information would have been helpful to know up front.

We did review their charges against other delivery services and found them to be good value by comparison. Dale Steyn service.Fast, smooth, and efficient.Ordered on the Friday night goods arrived on the Tuesday, Tracking number sent to me on the Monday.Prices were excellent - admittedly it was during the sale.Only concern - I ordered a Salix Prastantia Players bat, this arrived with a 'gold' grip all 2012 bats have been changed to Black - is this old stock?But that aside, would I use Barrington's again - yes and happily recommend them to others.
