I had to return the men's pair as my husband is a really tall and they were slightly too short. The Welly Swap service that they run is perfect-next day delivery for the exchange wellies and the courier then picks up the wellies you want to return. So fast and efficient! The prices are very competitive and I am delighted with our purchases.
