Excellent customer service - returnsFor the 1st time I had the need to return some new running shoes as they were too tight. I found the returns information contained with the shoes accurate and clear, as was the website. The free local collection site identified on the website was "geared up" and everything worked well. Salvation with sensible sizing at Supadance - hoorayHaving looked at other websites, buying a pair of dance shoes seemed problematic. Happily, Supadance offered British sizes and no requirement to measure the length or width of my own feet. Excellent choice and service. I wish I had found them first.

---4 stars for redeeming themselves...Chose perfect pair of gloves - excellent info about size, fabric and style. Very pleased. But oh no - then got an email the next day saying they were out of stock! Very annoying. However, further options were suggested in the email and a suitable replacement was found, ordered and sent out very quickly. I made the original order on 19th Dec and the replacement still managed to reach it's destination by 22nd so I was very impressed with the service after my initial disappointment - and the suggested replacement gloves were a very close match. Thank you!
