Customer service from management very goodAfter an unsatisfactory response to an incorrect description on the website leading to my purchase, I was called within minutes of feeding back and this was late in the evening. The Director pursued his desire to talk to me and rectified any issues with an element of goodwill.I have always been impressed with Barringtons and hope that I never need to speak to the Director again under these circumstances.
