Jolly Hockey SticksThe site was easy to use, hassle free, and delivery was prompt and exactly as promised. We considered the items purchased to be good value for money, so on the assumption that they will prove to be fit for purpose, which of course only time will tell (the discerning users - my children - are perfectly happy so far but we have had less than a week's usage at present), I am a very satisfied customer.

CANNOT BEAT THE SERVICE AND PROFFESSIONALISMI was totally stuck on what to get my adult son for Xmas, and I had remembered he really wanted a particular top from Hackett, but on all the Hackett sites, they were unavailable..I found the Jules B site, and was happy to see they had just what he wanted!It was very close to Xmas and fingers crossed I placed my order and silly me just requested a normal Royal Mail delivery. What a great range and price! Fabulous service from start to finish - I was really impressed by the range and price of Fitflops. I ordered a pair and was delighted that Paypal was one of the payment methods offered too, as I find this is not often available when purchasing online. I was kept informed via text and email of the dispatch and delivery process. The shoes were delivered quickly and I am delighted with them. Would definitely use Shoetique again!

Quick delivery excellent service!I found the website really easy to use and the order process was simple. The email confirmation took 24 hours to come which was unsettling as it had taken my payment and I had no way to trace my purchase but this was resolved over the weekend.
