Shoetique - great service! I telephoned Shoetique on their freephone number (bonus) and the girl who dealt with my order was friendly, polite and helpful. The two pairs of Fit Flops I ordered arrived the very next day with free postage & packing (another bonus). I sent one pair back with the free postage (yes, again bonus) envelope label. I am now awaiting a refund on my credit card for the returned pair and am not anticipating any problems with this. Thank you, Shoetique.

Excellent product and exceptional serviceI have absolutely nothing negative to say about Easy Wellies. Extremely warm and cosy for wellies matched only by the speedy and efficient service. I was kept fully informed of the delivery time of my boots and they were as good as their word. Most impressed and have already recommended them to antone who will listen.

Excellent service.Rather reluctant as had never used them before. Kept updated from ordering to delivery. There was a slight problem with the product but rang and spoke to Laura who was very apologetic and they resolved the problem very well. It's hard to get good customer service these days but Shoetique proved it"s still possible. Would definitely use them again.
