Website very easy to navigate and helpful service by telephone from Chris who sorted out problems with unmatched handles on two doors. I would advise more prior knowledge of handles before ordering as latch systems caused some problems - no indication of need to change mortice locks or that these come in different sizes. Suggest checking out with local retailer first before ordering.

Excellent, great service, prompt delivery.I found Jules B to be a great site, my items arrived promptly, well packaged and put together. The one item I did return was refunded as soon as it was processed. I would definitely recommend it.
