Boots ordered actually not availableI felt a bit cheated as ordered boots then got an apologetic email saying actually we don't have these in your size like you've paid for, you can have red in your size. I had wanted black, ordered black but needed the wellies that wknd so settled for the red. However I received them and they weren't what I wanted in real life, especially being as I ordered black and I then had to pay ¡ê3.99 to return them which I did find unfair as I was talked into the red as it was after being allowed to order something I was then told I could not have. Not the best experience and then I didn't have the wellies for that wknd away.

Shoes were different from picture on the webThe shoes arrived very quickly. The only issue I had was the picture on the web was plain (mat finish) and when the shoes arrived they were patent. I have to say they looked even better. Shoetique responded immediately to my email. Recommend.
