Product misdescribed - delivery slow - no free returnsThe shoes were described as being true to size - they weren't, they weren't even close to being the right size. Exceptional service i bought fitflops. they arrived 2 days later as planned. i was surprised i received a text message from royal mail to inform me that my item was on its way at 7 that morning and then a following text to confirm the delivery at 9.30 . this was very convenient. i wish all deliveries were like this. thank you. i will use Shoetique again very soon. Excellent - Just the kind of Internet shopping I like I hadn't heard of Shoetique before and decided to place an order because the stores I was familiar with didn't have my boots in stock. I'm never completely convinced about reviews, doubting whether they are real or not, but decided to take a chance anyway. I need not have worried, a very impressive and efficient service and I found the website easy to find what I wanted and has a simple ordering process. What more could you ask for?

17 October 2011 Wonderfull Helpful, responsive, quick. I needed to see what I was intending to purchase, no problem with sending and returning. A quote was speedily obtained and my quantities checked and put right. At last a company that has the customer at heart.
