---Excellent serviceWalking poles I ordered arrived the following day. Unfortunately one was faulty but having phoned customer services they arranged to collect it the following day and the courier delivered the replacement at the same time. Wrong item sent but great customer serviceI was very disappointed to receive the wrong item and it was a lot of hassle to send the item back. I was refunded the cost of the item but not the postage which meant I had to call them and request a refund for postage. I found the customer service to be friendly and helpful. I think the range and price of footwear is fantastic along with good customer service, bottom-line, despite the annoying mistake, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Shoetique again!

Wow just perfect I telephoned and spoke to a very helpful young lady. She didn't rush me while I waffled on making my mind up on colour. When I said the pair I wanted was cheaper on the fit flop website she immediately reduced the price to match. The frou fit flops in maple syrup arrived next morning as promised and they are so comfy I'm looking at others to buy. Really good company to buy from and would recommend to my friends. Thank you.
