Hi, We're really sorry about this. It was a genuine mistake and as soon as you informed us we changed the product description, as you mention overnight. We have a large number of products on our site and we do our utmost to make sure all the descriptions are 100% accurate. We do regular checks ourselves to ensure this is the case. We also value customer feedback like yours to make sure we get it right. At the time, Laura from our customer service team advised you the return would be absolutely free and she also offered you a discount code as way of apology. We don't have a contact number for you but Laura from our customer service team has sent you an email this morning with a discount code and instructions on how to return them to us if you wish. Laura has also included our free phone number if you wish to call us back. We do offer a free returns label and if we have sent something out in error we'll always aim to resolve it immediately with as little inconvenience as possible for you. I'm sorry your first experience with Shoetique has been far from ideal. We do extensive checks in our warehouse but this one appears to have slipped through the net. I'm glad you like the neutral colour but as mentioned we're more than happy to exchange them for you for the correct pair. Please let Laura know if you would like to exchange the shoes. FANTASTIC COMPANYI ordered my son two pairs of trousers,the quality was amazing.The ease of the website for ordering was perfect,i had my stuff delivered two days after my order was placed.I can't rave enough about Sportsmart well and truly happy.

Sent wrong size ; then expensive returnWe ordered US 8/ UK5/38EU. Received US 7 which was too small. The shoe box read 7M, but a stick-on label read 5UK/38EU (obviously incorrect). Then cost over $17 to return post the wrong size shoes.If you are going to offer sales in US, find an easier & less costly way to return post items. Also establish a US 800 number to make it easier for US customers to contact customer support.
