20 October 2012 Goods not fit for use I ordered cabinet handles and when they arrive I found that the screws are too long. Please note, I cabinets are standard size. Next day I rang from my work and they said the screws should be snap-on type hence I can size it to my cabinet door thickness. I checked the screws on my return and found that they are not the type described, their length cannot be adjusted. So I rang them again, they said in this case I need to purchase new set of screws of correct length, they refused to supply them free, yet they sale them at 6p each. I did not have any choice, either I return all of the handles at my cost or purchase the screws. After long conversation I paid for the screws and they agreed not to charge me for the postage. I was very unhappy with with their service.

Great shoes, great service!I ordered a pair of Fit Flop trainers and a pair of Fit Flop boots from Shoetique recently. The price was really good, half price in the case of the trainers, and the delivery was amazingly swift - they arrived the next day

Joint mistake meant I never received the itemI have to claim a big chunk of responsibility for never receiving the item, but unfortunately communication with Sportmart meant I couldn't resolve the problem.I'd forgotten to change the delivery address from my default to my parents where I wished to collect the item from. Sportmart emailed to confirm whether the address was correct and I replied to say I'd made a mistake, could they please change it and confirm that they had. I'd heard nothing after a couple of days so chased them up and still heard nothing.Weeks on and I've still not had a reply. Since I now rent out my old flat where this was posted I've told the tenant if anything turns up they can have it. I was left to do some last minute rushing around shopping. Disappointed.
