s 02 March 2011 <br/>Superb service (still!) This was the second time I'd ordered a photo mug, and the website was even easier to use (with more choices, too) than last time. The mug arrived in two days ~ absolutely perfect. I'll have to shop for more from them... :O) June 2011 <br/>: a small problem was resolved immediately, with another mug being received the following morning ~ stunned at the speed!

The best ever ever customer and delivery servicei oder shoes on phone and the the guy i spoke to was very friendly and supportive gave me a right advice more then happy all i want to say is "bless barrington sports" i was so excited when they told me that my item has been dispatched already will be receiving soon and i was realy amazed!!

30 November 2011 <br/>Prompt and professional Great service. I had a tshirt printed with a photo. They questioned the quality of the photo I submitted as it was deemed of insufficient quality, rather than just proceeding with the order and taking my money. I submitted a better quality photo and am delighted with the result. The delivery was very fast and arrived withing two days. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend to friends. Eggsactly what I ordered!I ordered a Hand exercise- egg for my husband, after hand surgery. I searched online and looked at a few companies offering a similar product. Barrington Sports offered a Royal mail delivery at a very reasonable price, unlike other companies who wanted to add almost ¡ê6 for Postage & Packing!! :( (doubling the cost of the order!)Barrington Sports e mailed me my order confirmation immediately, and kept me updated about what stage my order had reached. Polite & efficient! My order arrived on time, just as they promised. In great condition and exactly the product I had ordered! No inflated prices-good products-efficient service. Very pleased!

---No product and confusing.Needed a pair of Gore-tex socks for my daughter. Was given 'Gear Zone' address, as there were no appropriate socks at 'Venturesport, Norwich'.Received e-mail some time after on-line order - socks not in stock, they'll go to the suppliers. Received a phone call days later to say they'll have to send a different style, with a return envelope if I don't like them.Received e-mail days later to say I'd be getting 'a refund as requested'! Apparently my parcel had been returned by Royal Mail within 2-3days which isn't normal even for recorded items.I never received a parcel or 'delivery card' and my postman did not receive the parcel either.I called and left a message to enquire about my order and received no call back, so tried again.Staff were very polite, but didn't really offer a satisfactory or proactive solution by which to resolve the situation e.g. a money off voucher to reorder the socks.This whole process took just over a month and I still h
