Great delivery and service, why no free returns?the website is clear and well laid out, descriptions are accurate and the delivery was fast and free. however when you are spending the kind of money on quality clothing one would expect a free returns service.i'm stuck now with having to go to the post office AND pay for the returns postage myself. to be honest this deters me from buying an item from jules b unless i'm 100% sure that it's going to be right.

15 February 2011 <br/>10 out of 10 Absolutely amazing service! Always fast delivery and great communication. I have only had to chase an order once (over the xmas period with expected delays) and they resent it in an instant to the USA where it arrived within a week. I will always use them and always recommend them to people. Their prices are very very reasonable. If you haven't used them already give them a go!

12 March 2012 <br/> Beyond good service I've ordered from this company twice now and have been pleased with the quality of their product and the price, which was the cheapest I could find. Their service is what's prompting me to give them five stars though. I wrote down my work address for delivery but used my home's postcode, immediately confusing the postal service. TShirt Studio sorted it all out for me and had the thing redelivered in less than a week.
