Check the box!Always had great service in past but sent back some shoes for a smaller size and the ones sent were still same size but in the a wrongly marked box, rang to complain-little concern and was told thd boxes aren't checked when sending out! Surely they can be- it would take 30 secs! Cue me making another trip to the PO to return them - my time, my petrol!

Absolutely first class! Don't you just love a company that promises free next day delivery and keeps that promise? And uses Royal Mail, not the ghastly Yodel. These are great boots, better than anything I could find on the High Street, and great service. These boots will easily last through the winter, well made, waterproof and with warm lining. I am a Shoetique convert, this will be the first place I look for footwear in future.
