Excellent service.This is the first time im buying from fyfo and i was really impressed with the service.i chose next day delivery and the delivery came right on time. the shoe was also exactly like the picture displayed on their website.the fitting was perfect. shoes were rally comfortable.i will definitely be buying from fyfo again.

We fully understand your frustration over the carrier charges to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, but every carrier has the same policy and the cost is so prohibitive that we have no choice but to pass it on to our customers. We would indeed have agreed to send your knobs by Royal Mail, but do not seem to have received a request from you regarding this. For any future orders you may consider, please call or email and we will be happy to do our best to find a solution to the carriage cost. Unfortunately, at the moment, our website is unable to determine the weight of a product to give it the ability to choose Royal Mail or Carrier-we are working on this. Excellent service I will be definitely using you again! This is the first time I have used this website, I have a pair of flitflops that I have had for two years and paid nearly seventy pounds for at a leading shoe store I love them so much I decided to buy another pair and came accross your site.
